Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping with La Bella Soy Boutique. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email as soon as possible. All requests must be reviewed and approved before any return is accepted.
Returns:
♥ Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery (online orders) or 3 days of purchase (in-person/market purchases)
♥ Requests made after this time frame will be automatically denied
La Bella Soy Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements
To be eligible for a return:
♥ Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
♥ All original tags must be attached
♥ Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage
Return Shipping:
♥ Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery for online orders, or returned within 14 days of purchase for all in-person and market purchases. Returns received after this time frame will not be accepted
♥ Returns received after 14 days will be refused and will not be refunded
♥ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
♥ We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages
Refunds:
♥ Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
♥ Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only
♥ Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance
♥ Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
♥ Items that do not meet return requirements will not be refunded
Final Sale:
♥ ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
♥ Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
♥ All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery for online orders or 3 days of purchase for in-person and market purchases, along with clear photo proof.
♥ Reports made after this time frame may be denied

Shipping:
Free shipping on orders over $100.00.
If you choose shipping at checkout please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be shipped. Shipping days are Monday-Friday. If you order something on a Friday or on a weekend, it will not be sent out until the following Monday.
*If you need to return an item that was shipped to you, you are responsible for any shipping fees. You must reach out to us before mailing an item back to make sure it is eligible for a return.
